Information & Booking Conditions

Please read the information and booking conditions listed below carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted. Conditions are applied to all invoice, flyer, website or electronic product unless special condition stated otherwise.

  1. How to Book

    Select the tour of your choice, contact our reservation center who will make the reservation as requested. All reservations are subject to flight availability at the time of booking. Any verbal quotation of prices is an estimate and the final quote is subject to written confirmation of the reservation.

  2. Tour Price

    Tour price generally includes accommodation, transportation, tours, meals or any services as indicated in the program. It does not include airport taxes, visa fees or other documentation charges, taxi fares outside tour program, personal and baggage insurance, charges for telephone calls, laundry, alcoholic drinks, excess baggage, meals ordered by room service, tips or any other personal expenses. Bangkok Travel Club reserves the right to change prices and package details where appropriate. These changes are subject to political, metrological, currency exchange and airline circumstances. Our first priority will always be to up hold airline standards and the requirements of passengers accordingly.

  3. Adjustment of Prices and Itineraries

    Due to fluctuations of exchange rates, cost elements such as government tax and accommodation, we reserve the right to adjust our tour price at any time as deemed necessary, even though the balance payment may have already been made. Furthermore, if we are forced to change all or parts of your booking for reasons beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to offer an alternative itinerary as deemed appropriate or refund the tour price less penalties without prior notice.

  4. Payment and Refund

    Bangkok Travel Club fixes the time for payment of the deposit and the balance. Full payment of tour price shall be made on schedule and prior to departure. A refund will be given in case of cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days to departure the following charges will apply. Domestic flights THB 800 per person exclusive of fines imposed by the airline, hotels or other service providers. International flights THB 1,500 per person exclusive of fines imposed by the airline, hotels or other service providers. An additional charge of 1 room night is applicable when a cancellation notice is given less than 5 days in advance. No refund will be given once the tour has started.

  5. Photographs

    Photographs show geographic features of the areas and may not necessarily be included in the tour. Photographs of hotel rooms are not indicative of actual rooms to be used.

  6. Travel and Accommodation

    Bangkok Airways check-in counters for both domestic and international flights are on Row F (F1-24), 4th floor of the Passenger Terminal Complex.

    Check-in Procedure

    Domestic route : at least 1.00 hour prior to scheduled departure time and present a valid picture ID card at check-in counter International route : at least 2.00 hours prior to scheduled departure time and present an original passport at check-in counter Bangkok Travel Club neither owns or operates air carriers, hotels or other types of transport used in the tour programs. Therefore it is important to note that all bookings are subject to terms and conditions of liability imposed by hotels, air carriers or other service providers which, in some cases, may have limited liability or exclusive liability for passenger death, injury or delay and baggage delay, lost or damaged.

  7. Our Responsibilities

    We would do our best to ensure your satisfaction in all arrangements of the tour with generally accepted standard of accommodation and other services contained in this website. However we do not represent or guarantee the standard, class or suitability of such accommodation or services. Therefore we do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damages, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly by force majeure or other events beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. This includes, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action.

  8. Travel Insurance

    Bangkok Travel Club travel is providing travel insurance with A.P.F. International Insurance Co., Ltd. Travel insurance is included with package tours for both domestic and international. You are subject to the Terms & Conditions of A.P.F. International Insurance CO., Ltd.

  9. Immigration

    Travelers should familiarize themselves with any health or visa requirement applicable in the area they intend to visit. They shall be responsible for all exits, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Kindly noted that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent. We are not liable for any loss or expense due to a traveler’s failure to comply with the above.

  10. Passport & Visas

    Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your trip finishes. It is essential that your visa & passport documentation at the time of travel must be correct. Bangkok Travel Club is not responsible for the result of visa & passport failure such as delays to comply with the regulations.
